10-13, 17-20 September

Surveys with questionnaires to selected target groups such as tourists, day visitors, residents, students, office workers, commuters, on the needs of cycling and the use of bike-sharing system, with the goal to develop taylored promotional campaigns on love for cycling and the use of bike sharing. The surveys will take place in Piazzale Stazione, at the Comune's PR Office and at the tourist offices of Padua.

1-22 September

Interviews to local organizations within the central area of the city to detect the needs for cycling and to promote initiatives to increase the use of the bike-sharing service.

19 September

GIRETTO D’ITALIA and BIKE TO WORK/PREMIA IL CICLISTA – in collaboration with Amici della Bicicletta di Padova, FIAB, and Legambiente will be Monitoring bicycles and other motor vehicles transit through 2 roads (t.b.d)...giving a "sweet" reward to those using bycicles

A day with the Special Guest "Netherlands", with Dutch and Venetian experts and administrators
09.00 hrs - Guided cycle tour organised by Comune di Padova – Mobility and Traffic Dept. with Dutch representatives
11.30 hrs - Opening ceremony with the Presidente of Veneto Region, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Mayor of Padova
15.00 hrs - Round Table on Bycicle and its function for Venetian Municipalities, between Dutch and Venetian experts and administators who will addressthe following issues:
policies for cycle mobility
policies for cycle safety
promtion of Bicycle touring
17.30 hrs - Bicycle ride along the city's streets with the Dutch Cycling Embassy, the Comune di Padova, Dutch authorities, National authorities and journalists of the national press.
