Stimulating the image en use of bicyles
• “1000 Fietsenplan”: collecting and repairing old bicycles by local organisations, which are distributed free of charge to people who cannot buy a bicycle themselves.
17 September
School zone safety measures
• “Schoolstraten”: car-free streets during opening and closing times at primary schools.

New or improved bicycle facilities

Pedestrianisation
More space for pedestrians on sidewalks, by placing "bicycle platforms" in parking lanes. If successful, the platform will be converted after 2 month into sidewalk with permanent bicycle brackets.
New forms of vehicle use and ownership
