Detailed description (English): The municipality of Los Barrios will be one of the municipalities with less than 50,000 inhabitants in the province of Cádiz that are pioneers in training on the driving of personal mobility vehicles (VMP), through a circuit, controlled by the Local Police, which will help users to acquire the necessary skills in the use of electric scooters.
The event, together with the collaboration of AMPEC (Association for Personal and Ecological Mobility of Cádiz) and the company Zona Chip, distributor of these vehicles, aims to offer information and advice on driving safely in our cities through these sustainable modes of transport.
Detailed description (original language): El municipio de los Barrios será uno de los municipios menores de 50.000 habitantes de la provincia de Cádiz pioneros en la formación sobre la conducción de vehículos de movilidad personal (VMP), a través de un circuito, controlado por la Policía Local, que servirá a los usuarios para adquirir la destreza necesaria en el uso de patinetes eléctricos.
El evento, junto con la colaboración de AMPEC (Asociación para la Movilidad Personal y Ecológica de Cádiz) y la empresa Zona Chip, distribuidora de estos vehículos, tiene como objetivo ofrecer información y consejos sobre circulación de forma segura en nuestras ciudades a través de estos modos de transporte sostenibles.

Objectives: Information will be offered on safety elements, lighting, when the use of a helmet and insurance is mandatory and/or advisable, vehicle maintenance, position on the road, adaptation to the new speed limit "20/30 km/h", etc.
