Detailed description (English): Nordic walking walk of about 9km on a circular route. It starts from Puigcerdà and goes to the municipality of Ur for the path of Lovers and the Torniquet lake. Once in Ur it goes down through the natural environment of the Reür River Valley to Bpurg-Madame where there will be refreshments in front of the Town Hall, coinciding with the celebration of the Cerdanya Day in this municipality and the reason for this year is sustainable mobility. Then it returns to Puigcerdà.

Detailed description (original language): Caminada de marxa nòrdica d'uns 9km en una ruta circular. Se surt des de Puigcerdà i es va fins al municipi d'Ur per al camí dels Enamorats i el llac del Torniquet. Un cop a Ur es baixa per l'entorn natural de la Vall del riu Reür fins a Bpurg-Madame on hi haurà avituallament davant de l'Ajuntament coincidint que en aquest municipi se celebra la diada de la Cerdanya i el motiu d'aquest any és la mobilitat sostenible. Després es torna cap a Puigcerdà.
