Target group(s): Technicians, companies, and individuals related to mobility
Objectives: Raise public awareness through information and workshops during organized events about the benefits of using private vehicles more moderately in favor of public transport, personal electric mobility vehicles, bicycles, etc.
Encourage the use of public space by citizens by displacing the use of private cars for one day (car-free day).
Raise awareness among citizens about the importance of creating a more livable and healthier city by reducing pollution from emissions and noise caused by transportation, promoting social interaction, and exploring new ways to experience the modern city.
Promote ecological consciousness among citizens, contributing to the well-being of people and the environment.
Communicate the Sustainable Urban Mobility Strategy of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council and discuss urban mobility issues through a technical conference.
Use these events to raise awareness about Universal Accessibility in urban design and transportation.
