Detailed description (English): The Way of the Lignum Crucis is a pilgrimage route between Granja de Rocamora and the Sanctuary of the Vera Cruz, in Caravaca de la Cruz, linking four places of veneration of the Lignum Crucis: Granja de Rocamora, Abanilla, Ulea, and Caravaca de la Cruz. The route passes through ten municipalities that are notable for their cultural and natural heritage and offer the best of their resources to meet the needs of pilgrims who travel along their paths.
Detailed description (original language): El camino del Lignum Crucis es una ruta de peregrinación entre Granja de Rocamora y el Santuario de la Vera Cruz, en Caravaca de la Cruz, que une cuatro lugares de veneración al Lignum Crucis: Granja de rocamora, Abanilla, Ulea y Caravaca de la Cruz. El camino recorre diez términos municipales (Granja de Rocamora, Orihuela, Abanilla, Fortuna, El Fenazar en Molina de Segura, Archena, Ulea, Villanueva del Rio Segura, Albudeite y Lorquí) que destacan por el valor de su patrimonio cultural y natural y que ofrecen lo mejor de sus recursos para satisfacer las necesidades de los peregrinos que por sus caminos transitan.

The creation of health routes is part of various measures established within the Lorquí Health Plan. The Plan, presented in 2023 by the City Council, is a strategic document that addresses health from a holistic perspective, ensuring equal access to healthcare resources and improving the quality of life of its residents in the long term.
