Detailed description (English): Description: in order to encourage non-motorized travel and promote sustainable and healthy mobility, a popular bicycle march is proposed to celebrate the "Day without cars". During it, a tent will be installed to offer information to the public about sustainable and active mobility, and its benefits on health and the environment, as well as educational material on road safety ("How to move on wheels"), with elements and considerations to take into account to increase the safety of users of bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc., in urban environments.
This action will be complemented with a "Bicycle repair consultancy". There will be a monitor with experience in bicycle mechanics, who will offer advice on how to master the basic mechanics of the bike and know how to solve the main faults (punctures, brakes, gears, etc.).
Detailed description (original language): Descripción: con objeto de fomentar los desplazamientos no motorizados y potenciar la movilidad sostenible y saludable, se plantea la realización de una marcha popular en bicicleta, para celebrar el “Día sin coches”. Durante la misma, se instalará una carpa para ofrecer información al público sobre la movilidad sostenible y activa, y sus beneficios sobre la salud y sobre el medio ambiente, así como material educativo de seguridad vial (“Cómo moverte sobre ruedas”), con elementos y consideraciones a tener en cuenta para aumentar la seguridad de los usuarios y usuarias de bicicletas, patinetes, monopatines, etc., en los entornos urbanos.
Esta acción se complementará con una “Asesoría de reparación de bicicletas”. Se dispondrá de un monitor/a con experiencia en la mecánica de las bicicletas, que ofrecerá asesoramiento sobre cómo dominar la mecánica básica de la bici y saber solucionar las principales averías (pinchazos, frenos, cambios, etc.).
