Detailed description (English): Pedal Power Day is an exciting school activity designed to promote sustainable transportation and active lifestyles among students during European Mobility Week. This event encourages students, teachers and school staff to cycle to school, contributing to a healthier environment and fostering a sense of community engagement.
Detailed description (original language): Περιγραφή της δράσης
1/ Οι εκπαιδευτικοί: α) ενημερώνουν μαθητές/τριες, γονείς/κηδεμόνες και συναδέλφους για την Ευρωπαϊκή Εβδομάδα Κινητικότητας 2023, β) πραγματοποιούν δράσεις ευαισθητοποίησης και γ) διασφαλίζουν τη συμμετοχή του μεγαλύτερου δυνατού αριθμού συμμετεχόντων/συμμετεχουσών.
2/ Οι εκπαιδευτικοί: α) ενημερώνουν τους συμμετέχοντες/συμμετέχουσες για ζητήματα ασφαλείας και β) δημιουργούν προωθητικό υλικό (π.χ. αφίσες), σε συνεργασία με ομάδες μαθητών/τριών.
3/ Την ημέρα, κατά τη διάρκεια της οποίας πραγματοποιείται η δράση, οι εκπαιδευτικοί α) υποδέχονται στο σχολείο τους συμμετέχοντες/συμμετέχουσες, β) οργανώνουν τη διαδρομή των ποδηλατών στον αύλειο χώρο του σχολείου και γ) απονέμουν βεβαιώσεις συμμετοχής στους συμμετέχοντες/συμμετέχουσες.
4/ Την επόμενη ημέρα, οι εκπαιδευτικοί α)διοργανώνουν συζήτηση σχετικά με τη δράση και β) αναρτούν φωτογραφικό και άλλο υλικό στα κοινωνικά δίκτυα και στην ιστοσελίδα του σχολείου.
