Mobility for Everyone is about making sure all people can access sustainable transport, no matter their income, location, gender or abilities. Many people face challenges like high-cost or lack of transport options that limit their access to jobs, education and essential services; this is known as transport poverty.

In 2025, EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK invited us to envision and build towards a society where transport services are available, accessible, affordable, inclusive and safe, ensuring that public transport, walking and cycling are fair options for everyone. The European Social Climate Fund helps communities and households adapt to these changes by supporting affordable, sustainable mobility solutions.  

The European Commission has issued Recommendations for Member States to develop integrated policies seeking to reduce transport poverty and promote equitable transport systems that leave no one behind.
